Update 2/10/2011, 10:54hrs:
Dear Hashers,

Your Hash Master would like you to note the following important information for those interested to go to the Overseas Hash:

  1. There is  alot of  problems arranging a group flight with Caribbean Airlines (CAL).
  2. CAL reserves the right to change the price of the ticket without notice.
  3. There is no group rate price.
  4. If we travel as a group then  CAL is now wanting to place us on the last flight out of Barbados at approximately  10:00 p.m. and that is final.
  5. CAL requires a 25% downpayment now . We don’t have the money in hand.
  6. Some people want to use air miles.

In view of this, all hashers are now asked to book their own flights on line and DO IT NOW.
We want to leave on the 8:00 a.m. flight on 23rd June, 2011.Transport from the airport to hotel is arranged for this time.
There are two return flights for 26th June, 2011,  one at approximately 4:00 p.m. and the other at 8:00 p.m. Transfer to airport will be arranged.

So book your flights and minus $2137 from the published package. I wiil publish the new cost minus the ir fare for the next hash.

We apologize for any inconvenience.
On…on to Barbados
