Hash Run No. 871 – Ivan Hash’s Run. Run Site: Morne La Croix Village along Arima-Blanchisseuse Rd. Northern Mountain Range. Virgin Territory Run Date: Sat 2nd Aug 2014 Time: 3.30pm Hares: Rick, Eric, Don, Villager & Ivan Directions from POS via North Coast Rd: Proceed through Maraval and onto North Coast Rd passing Maracas Bay, Las Cuevas Bay, La Fillet Village and into Blanchisseuse Village. In Blanchisseuse, look out for a Catholic Church on the left side of the road-way and approx 50metres after the church you will arrive at a major junction. Turn right at this junction{southerly direction on Arima- Blanchisseuse Rd} and drive to 14.5 Mile Post in Morne La Croix Village. Run Site at Community Centre opposite Mid-Way Bar. Drive Time: approx 2hrs. Directions from POS via Churchill Roosevelt Highway: Proceed east on CRHighway to Demeara Rd in Wallerfield{first row of traffic lights after Santa Rosa Heights}. Turn left at traffic lights onto Demeara Rd and driving across Eastern Main Rd onto Arima-Blanchisseuse Rd. Continue along Arima- Blan Rd passing Asa Wright NC then to the summit at Morne Bleu. Carry-on descending from Morne Bleu where you will notice a junction{approx 2km after descending}. Turn left at junction and proceed to the bottom of mountain at 14.5 Mile Post in Morne La Croix Village. Run Site at Community Centre opposite Mid-Way Bar. Drive time: approx 2hrs.
