Directions: Head east onto Churchill Roosevelt Highway. Pass the Piarco traffic lights and turn left on the seventh light (inclusive of Piarco lights ), which is  Demerara Road. Follow the road to the intersection, crossing the Eastern Main Road onto Arima By PASS Road.  Continue on this road.
Follow the HHH signs from there to run site RIVER RANCH.

Food on Sale:

Veggie Rice, Macaroni Pie, Peas or Callaloo, Fresh Salad and

Stew Chicken or Fish.

Directions: From Maraval take the Saddle Road, make a right turn at the pillars and drive to the roundabout by the Santa Cruz Fire Station. Take the first exit and proceed to School Road, La Pastora Land Settlement. From San Juan take the Saddle Road to the Roundabout by the Santa Cruz Fire Station. Take the second exit and proceed to the run site La Pastora Land Settlement.
