Directions: From Port of Spain head West to Carenage/Chaguaramas. Just after CDA Police Post (Pier II), turn right (North) onto Tucker Valley Road towards Macqueripe Beach. Pass road to Chaguaramas Golf Course (Beherand Road) on left, and further up turn right just before Parking Lot. Continue on this road and take a right turn at gate/barrier to the Arboretum. Look for HHH signs.

DIRECTIONS: From Port of Spain drive to Arima on Churchill Roosevelt Highway, turn right at
Tumpuna Road intersection. Proceed to San Rapheal and turn right at Catholic Church, keep left at Y junction through Brazil Village till you reach Faith Assembly Church (Big Blue Building), turn right at Johnny Green Acres Street. (before the Church building). The run site is at the end of street. Follow road signs to run site. Food on sale (details to follow).
